REQUIREMENTS:
1. Material:
Steel. Finished tacks made from steel shall withstand, without fracture, cold bending through 90 degrees
Copper. Copper tacks shall contain not less than 98 percent pure copper.
2. Characteristics: Cut tack shall have flat head and side point.
